Meet Lisa

Hi, I’m Lisa Fisher—Coach, Trainer, and Leadership Advocate.
For over two decades, I’ve worked with organizations and leaders who are ready to do more than check a box on leadership training. They want lasting change. They want clearer communication, stronger relationships, and workplaces where people feel respected, supported, and motivated to do their best work.
With certifications in The Five Behaviors, DISC, and The Work of Leaders, I bring together proven tools and practical insight to help leaders deepen self-awareness, lead with purpose, and create the kind of environment where trust grows and teams truly work well together.
But more than anything, I believe in people. I believe that when leaders are equipped with the right tools and support, they become catalysts for positive change—both in their teams and in themselves.

Why I Do This Work
Because I’ve Been in the Room Where It’s Hard.
My leadership journey began in the fast-paced, high-pressure world of operations management. I saw firsthand how often people were promoted into leadership without the training or support to succeed—and how that impacted not just performance, but morale, retention, and well-being.
That’s why I’ve dedicated my work to helping people become the leaders they were meant to be—not by changing who they are, but by drawing out the strengths they already have and showing them how to lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability.
