We have many new personnel within our program, and our work is structured in teams. Lisa Fisher has provided workshops on improving effective teamwork, based on Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Lisa is a very effective instructor and connected well with our staff. Lisa effectively discusses each area where teams should focus to be more effective. Lisa also provides very good illustrations and examples to emphasize the points that she is teaching. The small group work that Lisa has our teams do helps people become connected to the material being presented and gives them opportunities to consider how to implement the material that has been discussed. We have completed two workshops that have discussed, Developing Trust, Conflict Management and Achieving Commitment. In a survey of our team leaders, 77% felt that these workshops are improving teamwork

Thank you for conducting such a great session on emotional intelligence and having difficult conversations. While we peaked at 94 participants, the count remained at 87 almost through the end time at 3pm. I look forward to getting both formal and informal feedback from members of our L-Team.
