We have many new personnel within our program, and our work is structured in teams. Lisa Fisher has provided workshops on improving effective teamwork, based on Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Lisa is a very effective instructor and connected well with our staff. Lisa effectively discusses each area where teams should focus to be more effective. Lisa also provides very good illustrations and examples to emphasize the points that she is teaching. The small group work that Lisa has our teams do helps people become connected to the material being presented and gives them opportunities to consider how to implement the material that has been discussed.
