Today’s Guest: Kristin Ray, Author, Mother, Chronic life multi-tasker
Kristin finds “peace in the action” and has her hands in many pots. In her day job, Kristin is a salesperson for Physicians Health Plan. She also found the time to become a self-published author, a wife, and mother of a toddler.
While she is very proud of the work she does for PHP, she is dedicated to intentionally equipping her daughter with what this world might throw at her and how to mitigate through them.
Kristin shares her passion for providing a world that may look different for her daughter as well as other women.
Kristin’s blog, Broken and Brave is focused on survivors of trauma and the impacts on parenting She breaks down the walls of “uncomfortability” when discussing some dark, challenging topics and provides a voice for others and their advocates.
