Julie and Alexis began their working relationship before MConnexions was launched. Alexis was Julie’s first hire and it was Alexis’ first job!
At MConnexions, Alexis does a little bit of everything but her main areas of expertise and focus are branding, graphic design, and social media. Julie and Alexis share there is no better feeling than helping others to succeed.

Find a mentor. Find someone who is there to support you who can be there to guide you, who can be there to answer questions, who can be there to bounce ideas off of. You’re never too old or too experienced to find a mentor, to have a mentor.
Find what you’re passionate about. Find your tribe, reach out to your tribe, make sure that you have the right people in place that they have to be positive, but yet also be able to give you the hard truths when you need to hear them.
