Melissa Nay is the Membership and Community Outreach Manager with Choose Lansing, joining in September 2018. She manages over 600 Love Lansing members, teaches the Certified Tourism Ambassador Program, and runs community relations outreach. Melissa has served on numerous local boards and committees and resides in Mason with her husband, Dr. Andrew Nay, and their three boys.
